Right Networks

The Challenge

Right Networks had a team of salespeople with different processes & results. Right networks wanted to break down how to consistently connect with customers so that they could grow their client base. They needed a clear sales process to succeed as a team. 

The Solution

Kevin Hallenbeck and his team provided a 9-week instructor-led Foundations training course for the Right Networks sales team. 

After her time in Foundations, team lead and account executive Val has seen more confidence in her team's sales activities and feels the sales process is more streamlined and energized. She also earned her Bronze Certification with ease so that she could better support her team. 

Results

Val wants anyone who will be going through the Foundation's program to embrace the challenge and go all in! She encourages participants to engage with the role-play and Q&A elements to use them effectively in their sales calls. 

 

This program was eye-opening; I now understand the significance of following a repeatable sales process. I also picked up techniques and got to practice them, so I had a good understanding of them before I was implementing in actual calls.
