Sales Associate Position

This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves sales and is a learner – energized to learn and live the Sandler Methodology, receive top-notch coaching and mentored by the best.

This individual is a team player and exemplifies Best Sales People’s (BSP) core values in all their work-based activities.

They are a confident and organized self-starter that develops and follows a Sandler prospecting cookbook which includes behaviors such as cold calling, attending networking events and conducting free talks. They develop a solid understanding of the Sandler Selling Methodology through attending and participating in Foundations training each week and achieving Bronze Certification status.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business
  • Be the face of Sandler at Networking events
  • Develop and deliver free talks to business and networking groups
  • Sales administration

  • Ability to give effective presentations and is a quick learner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively, independently and well under pressure

Able to problem-solve and maintain high ethical standards, tact and diplomacy

Ability to quickly identify opportunities and prospect's needs

Required Experience:

1-2 yrs. outside sales preferably B-to-B
